We do a lot of outrageous things to see eclipses. Even when we have the option of the easy route, many of us still want adventure on top of unearthly spectacle. This expedition is that choice.  Hidden more than 120km of the coast of northwestern Australia, the tiny spec of rock and sand known as Beacon Island was the unsuspecting host to fourteen intrepid eclipse chasers on April 20, 2023.  And it was unwilling to let us go. The most ambitious single eclipse day of my 30+ years as a chaser! This is a video document that simply records for posterity what we experienced that day.
